The ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ School District is hosting a Wellness and Benefits Fair for our employees on October 31st from 12:30pm-3pm in the Lyndon Town School Gym. The purpose of our event is 1) to provide all of our district's employees with wellness resources to maintain a healthy lifestyle while building relationships between our staff and local businesses and community organizations and 2) to provide information about our district's benefit options during our open enrollment period.

Creative Healing & Fitness:

Creative Healing and Fitness is a multipurpose fitness and wellness space located at 518 Main Street, in Lyndonville, that has been opening in stages over the last several years.

Running Water Recreation:

Running Water Recreation provides Indoor and Outdoor Recreational Fun for all ages!

Serenity Stones:

Serenity Stones is a Vermont‑based spiritual wellness studio that offers services such as crystal healing, Akashic Records readings, sound baths, and 5D sound healing with Reiki. They also operate a shop called “The Crystal Cabinet” selling gemstones, tumbled stones, and mineral specimens.

Strong Oaks Physical Therapy:

Strong Oaks Physical Therapy is a clinic in St. Johnsbury, VT that provides one‑on‑one, evidence‑based care including full‑body physical therapy, dry needling, telehealth, and preventative health evaluations — all offered without requiring a physician’s referral.

PATH (Planned Action Toward Health): Sponsored by VEHI

VEHI Path is the wellness program offered by the Vermont Education Health Initiative, providing tools like health risk assessment, lifestyle coaching, challenges (“Adventures”), rewards via PATHpoints, and resources/support for school wellness leaders to promote health across their organizations.
